Eros Day is more romantic than St Valentines Day Because… It used to be spelt Hero’s Day, because the local Greek hero would pick the girl of his dreams from the local villagers. He would throw a rose at her feet and if she picked it up she would be his. over time the H was lost in History and it became ‘istory, just like Hero’s Day, became ‘eros day! Now who was this other fella St Valentine what did he ever do. Well?
