We love Red Roses right, that is pretty clear to everyone reading this blog… but did you know we also love the Red Arrows, because every year they come to town and fly past our beautifull sandy beach during our annual air festival.
This year 2008 was the 12th annual air show and the best yet with over 450,000 visitors turning up for the two day event.
Our HQ, the little flower and balloon shop we call home is literally a 1 minute walk to the beach and we all stood outside watching the air show unfold in unbelievably glorious sunshine. Our favourite bit was of course the Red Arrows who drew a huge love heart in the sky. It was blooming lovely and totally breathtaking and everyone and I mean everyone of the 450,000 people watching loved it.
The Red Arrows really do believe in a thing called love and they really do love a town called Lowestoft and we can’t wait untill next year. For more info visit www.lowestoftairfestival.co.uk.
